This support group is designed for women 18 and older  who have experienced intimate partner violence or sexual assault and are not currently living in shelter.



Grow Through What You Go Through:

One-Day Workshops for teens, children, & adults

5:00-6:30 PM

Support group focused on understanding how trauma impacts the brain, body, and sense of self. Participants will learn how to reduce shame and increase self-compassion by building resilience and empowering themselves to continue growing beyond their experiences.

Teens (13-17) | April 6
